New Telephone Banking Service

We now offer Telephone Banking. To set up your Telephone Banking service, just call our toll free number 855-430-1523 (cell phone airtime charges may apply) and enter one of your deposit account or loan numbers. When the system asks for your PIN number, enter the last four digits of the Social Security or Employer's ID number that is on record for that account. After that, the system will request a new PIN number from you.


E-Statement Enrollment

We now offer email notifications that let you know when your deposit account statements have been created for you to view on our website. If you would like to sign up for this service, and not receive a paper statement, after logging in, go to the Support tab, and then to the Support Center tab. Then click on the down arrow beside "Choose a form to submit" and select "E-Statement Enrollment". Fill in the blanks and click Submit to securely transmit your request to us.

If you are a current loan or deposit customer of the bank, you may sign up for Internet Banking. To pick up an Internet Banking agreement, please visit our location at 610 Wallis Avenue, Santa Anna, Texas, or call 325-348-3108 to request that one be mailed to you.
